every night. I also have 3 children playing hockey
(Midget Rep'A', PeeWee and Novice.) That's 4 pairs of
skates.
In the past two years I've used the Diamond Pro-Filer
almost exclusively. The only time I've had to use a
regular skate sharpener was for really bad nicks on my
skates, once last year and once again this season.

"I play 3 times per week in the winter and once a week
in the summer. Since I bought my Pro-Filer 3 years ago I
have not had to pay to get my skates sharpened. Before
the Pro-Filer, I use to get my skates done 30 to 35 times
per year at a cost of $3 to $4 dollars each time. So
far, I figure I saved at least $350 by buying the
Pro-Filer. It takes me a minute or two before each game
to sharpen my blades to the desired level. It takes me
less time and I get more consistent quality than I got
when I depended on commercial outlets."
